principle

HSDSilo mixing experimental machineComposed of material bucket, control system, drive system, base, and safety barrier (optional). When the machine is in operation, open the safety barrier, open the sealing cover, add various materials, and then lock the sealing cover. Set the mixing time and speed according to the process requirements, and start the equipment. The material undergoes tangential motion along the warehouse wall during the mixing process, and then undergoes flipping and high-speed tangential motion. After reaching the preset time, the silo automatically stops in a vertical state for easy discharge. When discharging, the material bin can also be disassembled and another bin can be installed for mixing the next material, saving experimental time.
