GFL R&DSolid preparation experimental unitIt is composed of wet granulation machine, wet granulation machine, screw extrusion granulation machine, centrifugal granulation shot blasting machine, fluidized bed granulation coating machine, wet granulation, dry granulation, total mixing, tablet coating machine, auxiliary system, inlet and outlet system, and connecting components. During the granulation process, the wet granulation machine feeds the material through the feeding system, and the wet particles produced are discharged into full granules. The granulation pellet system enters the fluidized bed granulation machine for drying, and the dried granules are manually or discharged into the dry and full granules through the discharge system. After the full granules are formed, the materials are directly mixed in the main mixing bin, and the mixed materials are stored in the material bin before entering the next process. The materials that have been compressed into tablets in the later stage enter the tablet coating machine for coating. During this process, granulation, coating, and drying are carried out using compatible and matching connecting components to assist equipment.
