Scope of Application

YXQ-WF21 (22) - C5Z horizontal rectangular sterilizer is an automatic control sterilization equipment that uses saturated pressure steam as the medium and has adjustable temperature and time display. The device comes with a steam generator, which preheats the interlayer before sterilization, replaces the cold air in the inner layer, and dries the material after sterilization. Equipped with temperature and time digital display, as well as button setting functions, it is suitable for sterilization of clothing, emergency supplies, equipment, vessels, culture media, and other items in hospital supply rooms, operating rooms, pharmaceutical factories, and research departments.

Performance Features

1. The main body is a rectangular double-layer structure. The inner layer is made of high-quality 06Cr19Ni10 stainless steel, and the outer layer is made of high-quality pressure vessel steel plate Q235-8, welded by automatic welding process. The inner layer is treated with special mechanical and chemical surface treatment.

2. Intelligent microcontroller control, safe and reliable fully automatic program operation control pressure, temperature, time, and LED digital display screen displaying the sterilization process dialog box throughout the process. The sterilization process is automatically controlled without supervision and easy to use.
3. There is a sterilization temperature range of 105~129% C to choose from, and the sterilization program can be set arbitrarily to disinfect and sterilize different types of items.

4. Enter the drying program, which automatically counts down. After the end, the heating power will be automatically cut off and an alarm will sound to indicate the end of the program work.

5. Equipped with automatic protection devices for overheating and overpressure.
