The medical pulse vacuum sterilizer adopts a sterilizer with alternating effects of multiple vacuum and multiple steam filling.

Advantages:
Sterilization * has high work efficiency, minimal damage to items, normal operating room temperature, saves energy, manpower and material resources, and is an excellent sterilization instrument.
Due to approximately 98% of the air inside the cabinet and package being pre vented, the temperature of both the inner and outer layers of the package is high, resulting in a sterilization rate of 99.9% and a temperature range of 132-134 ℃. These two important factors enable it to achieve sterilization.

Scope of application:
Suitable for sterilization of medical equipment and items at high temperatures, not for sterilization of oils and powders.

Requirements for container loading of sterilized items:

1. Cloth bags must be clean, dry, without holes, with strong breathability, suitable size, and cleaned once used.

2. The bundling of item bags should not be too loose or tight. The volume of the cloth bag should be less than 25 * 25 * 30cm, and the weight should be less than 5Kg. The volume of the equipment bag should be less than 30 * 30 * 50cm, and the weight should be less than 7Kg. It is recommended to package the equipment bag and cloth bag separately, and use padding to separate the equipment to ensure sterilization effect.

3. In order to ensure vacuum and air circulation, the storage tank should have openings, the box should have an open lid, and it should not be airtight. The total assembly capacity should not exceed 90% of the cabinet room, nor should it be less than 10% of the cabinet room volume, otherwise it will affect the sterilization effect.

4. Place difficult to sterilize large bags on the upper layer, easier to sterilize bags on the lower layer, metal items on the lower layer, fabrics on the upper layer, and items should not be placed near the cabinet wall.

Sterilization principle:
The function of protein molecules that make up bacteria depends on their unique structure when heated under certain high temperature conditions.
