Performance characteristics:
1. The main body is a rectangular structure. The sterilization room is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel material. It is welded using automatic welding technology, and the interior is treated with special mechanical and chemical surfaces.
2Overpressure protection: When the pressure exceeds the working pressure, the safety valve automatically releases pressure protection.
3. There is a sterilization temperature range of 105~129 ℃ to choose from, and the sterilization program can be set arbitrarily to disinfect and sterilize different types of items.
4. Built in heating method: integrated electric steam generator, equipped with automatic protection devices for overheating and overpressure.
5. Safety interlock device: When the door is not tightly closed, steam cannot enter the main body of the inner chamber and an alarm will be triggered. When the pressure inside the sterilization chamber is greater than 0.027MPa, the door is interlocked and cannot be opened.
6Intelligent microcomputer control+dedicated color touch screen, realizing remote dedicated desktop operation. Safe and reliable fully automatic program, color touch screen settings for pressure, temperature, and time, automatic control of sterilization process, no need for supervision, easy to use.
7. Overcurrent protection: When the current is overloaded, the power circuit breaker will automatically cut off the power supply.
8. There are single and double door options, and the sealed door adopts a radial latch locking structure, equipped with a safety interlock device, and easy to operate. The sealing ring is made of high temperature resistant and elastic silicone rubber, which is durable and long-lasting.
