Inorganic Chemical Disc Continuous Drying Machine
working principle
The wet material is continuously added to the first layer of the drying disc on the upper part of the dryer by the feeder, and the rake arm with rake blades rotates to continuously flip the material. The material flows along an exponential spiral over the surface of the drying disc, and the material on the small drying disc is transferred to the outer edge, where it falls onto the outer edge of the large drying disc below. The material moves inward on the large drying disc and falls into the next layer of small drying disc from the middle feeding port. The drying plates of different sizes are arranged alternately up and down, allowing the material to flow continuously through the entire dryer. A hollow drying tray is filled with heating medium, which includes saturated steam, hot water, thermal oil, and high-temperature molten salt. The heating medium enters from one end of the drying tray and exits from the other end. The dried material falls from the last layer of drying tray to the aggregate tray, and is finally transferred to the discharge port by the rake blade for discharge. Moisture overflows from the material and is discharged through the dehumidification port located on the top cover. The moisture of the vacuum disc dryer is extracted through the vacuum port located on the top cover. Dry materials discharged from the bottom layer can be directly packaged. By adding auxiliary equipment such as fin heaters, solvent recovery condensers, pre drying machines, and induced draft fans, the drying production capacity can be improved. Drying paste like and heat sensitive materials can conveniently recover solvents and perform heating, cooling, calcination, sublimation, pyrolysis, and reaction operations.

Application field
The disc continuous dryer is suitable for a variety of materials, mainly including powdered, granular, and block materials. This drying equipment is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, feed, and agricultural and sideline product processing. It has the characteristics of high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small footprint, simple configuration, and convenient operation and control.
Chemical raw materials: such as iron oxide, aluminum oxide, amino acids, boric acid, ammonium sulfate, copper sulfate, etc. These materials need to maintain their particle shape and physical properties during the drying process, and the disc dryer can effectively control temperature and humidity to ensure the drying effect.
Pharmaceutical raw materials: such as traditional Chinese medicine powder, chemical drugs, pharmaceutical excipients, etc. The disc dryer can adjust the drying temperature and wind speed according to the characteristics of different medicinal herbs, meeting the drying needs of different medicinal herbs.
Food ingredients: vegetable powder, food coloring, food seasoning, etc. This drying equipment can ensure uniform and stable drying of food ingredients, ensuring product quality and food safety.
Agricultural raw materials: such as corn flour, soybean flour, wheat bran, etc. The disc dryer can adjust the drying time and temperature according to the properties of different raw materials, ensuring the drying effect and product quality.
Sulfur concentrate: The sulfur concentrate dryer is a disc type continuous dryer specifically designed for sulfur concentrate, suitable for high flow rates and strong wear characteristics of sulfur concentrate.

Usage characteristics
1) Easy to regulate
By adjusting the thickness of the material layer, spindle speed, number of rake arms, rake blade type and size, the drying process can be optimized. Each layer of the drying tray can be separately filled with cold and hot media to cool or heat the materials, accurately and easily controlling the temperature of the materials. Accurately adjust the residence time of materials. The material flows in a single direction, without any backmixing, and dries evenly without the need for mixing.
2) Easy to operate
The operation of driving and parking the dryer is very simple. After stopping the feeding, the scraper blades for conveying material can quickly empty the material inside the dryer. Through the specialized large size inspection door mirror, careful cleaning and observation can be carried out inside the equipment.
3) Low energy consumption
The material layer is very thin, the spindle speed is low, and the material conveying system requires less power and consumes less electricity. Drying with conductive heat results in high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption.
4) Environmental Protection
Atmospheric pressure type: The airflow velocity inside the equipment is low, and the humidity inside the equipment is high and low, making it difficult for dust to float to the top of the equipment. Therefore, the exhaust gas discharged from the top humidity outlet contains almost no dust.
Sealed type: equipped with a solvent recovery device, which can easily recover organic solvents from wet gas. The solvent recovery device is simple and has a high recovery rate. For flammable, explosive, toxic, and easily oxidizable materials, protective gas can be used as a moisture carrying gas for closed-loop circulation to ensure safe operation. Specially suitable for drying flammable, explosive, and toxic materials.
Vacuum type: A disc dryer operated in a vacuum state, particularly suitable for drying heat sensitive materials.
5) Easy to install
The dryer is shipped as a whole and only needs to be lifted into place for easy installation and positioning. Due to the layered arrangement and vertical installation of the drying tray, even if the drying area is large, the footprint is also very small.
