The JZJH air-cooled Roots slide valve pump vacuum unit is a vacuum acquisition device for the front stage pump, with a compact structure and easy operation. In addition to the main pump and the front stage pump, the unit also includes connecting bends, stainless steel corrugated pipes, electromagnetic inflation valves, electric contact pressure gauges, and electrical control boxes. Generally, Roots pumps and slide valve pumps are installed on the same frame. Please refer to the external dimensions diagram of the unit for details.

The Roots slide valve vacuum unit is a regular ZJ or ZJP type Roots vacuum pump with a bypass valve. As the ZJ or ZJP type Roots vacuum pump can only be started after the system is pumped to the allowable starting pressure of the Roots vacuum pump by the preceding stage slide valve vacuum pump. Therefore, it is generally necessary to install an electric contact vacuum gauge at the inlet of the unit to control the starting pressure and working pressure range of the Roots vacuum pump. After the current H-150D slide valve vacuum pump is started, pre pumping of the system begins. When the system pressure, i.e. the inlet pressure of the Roots vacuum pump, reaches the pre-set value indicated by the green needle of the electric contact pressure gauge (i.e. the allowable starting pressure value of the Roots pump), the Roots vacuum pump can start working.

Widely used in the production and development of new materials, technologies, and processes such as vacuum crystal pulling, vacuum coating, vacuum metallurgy, vacuum heat treatment, vacuum impregnation, vacuum drying, vacuum distillation, vacuum mud refining, aerospace simulation testing, etc.
The slide valve vacuum pump can be used alone or as a pre pump for Roots vacuum pumps, oil booster pumps, and oil diffusion pumps. When extracting gases that corrode ferrous metals, react chemically with vacuum oil, contain a large amount of steam, and have a large amount of dust, additional devices are required. Advantages: Compared to rotary vane vacuum pumps, it has several times higher durability and faster pumping rate, and is relatively more expensive.

The front stage slide valve vacuum pump equipped with this model is the H-150D single-stage dual cylinder slide valve vacuum pump innovatively developed by introducing * technology. This product is currently the highest level of similar products in China, mainly characterized by low vibration, low noise, and high pumping efficiency at atmospheric inlet pressures up to 100pa; Due to the use of high-pressure oil pumps for forced lubrication, even when operating at high inlet pressures or even atmospheric pressure for a long time, the slide valve vacuum pump can ensure reliable performance, which is a characteristic that other similar products in China do not possess.

In order to prevent possible oil return of the front stage slide valve vacuum pump after shutdown. An electromagnetic inflation valve should be installed on the connecting pipeline between the front stage slide valve vacuum pump and the Roots vacuum pump. Its action is linked with the slide valve vacuum pump, that is, when the slide valve vacuum pump is started, the electromagnetic valve closes, and when the slide valve vacuum pump is stopped, the electromagnetic valve opens to inflate the system.
