It is a vacuum acquisition unit with Roots vacuum pump as the main pump and oil-free reciprocating vacuum pump as the front-end pump. This unit uses an electric contact vacuum gauge (or pressure transmitter) and an electrical control system to achieve automatic start and stop of Roots vacuum pumps and reciprocating vacuum pumps, as well as automatic overload and overheating protection; A complete set of vacuum acquisition equipment that automatically controls various instruments and valves.
A reciprocating vacuum pump is a type of vacuum pump that uses the reciprocating motion of the piston to periodically change the working volume of the pump chamber (cylinder) for pumping, also known as a piston vacuum pump. The structure of a reciprocating vacuum pump is similar to that of a reciprocating piston compressor. During operation, the suction pipe is connected to the evacuated container, and the exhaust pipe is directly connected to the atmosphere. A reciprocating vacuum pump is a low vacuum acquisition device used to extract gas from containers with an internal pressure equal to or lower than one atmosphere.

Due to the low compression ratio of Roots vacuum pumps, in order to achieve higher vacuum degree and greater pumping efficiency of Roots reciprocating pump vacuum units, multiple Roots vacuum pumps can be connected in series with one reciprocating vacuum pump to form a multi-stage Roots reciprocating pump vacuum unit. The number of stages of a vacuum unit is determined by the working vacuum degree. Generally, the ultimate vacuum of a vacuum unit must be half to one order of magnitude higher than the working vacuum.

(1) Has a larger pumping speed within a wider pressure range;
