Working principle: Equipment that compresses air into high-pressure gas through a compressor, and then processes it through refrigeration, filtration, and drying to meet the clean gas source requirements of customers. Clean high-pressure gas generates supersonic gas column shaped hypersonic vortices through special nozzles set in multiple directions in the crushing chamber. At the same time, high-pressure airflow forms a gas piston through the feed injector, creating internal suction negative pressure at the feed inlet. The animal material enters the crushing chamber and collides and collides with each other under the high-speed movement of the supersonic vortex, generating friction to achieve the crushing effect. Under the action of centrifugal force, large particles of material continue to move at high speed outside the vortex field, while small particles are not affected by centrifugal force and flow directly into the cyclone separator for recovery. Most of the finished products are recovered, and the remaining small amount of dust moves upward through the central pipeline of the crusher and enters the dust collector for capture. Clean gas is discharged into the atmosphere.
