Medicinal airflow pulverizer is a device that uses high-speed airflow to achieve ultrafine crushing of dry materials. It consists of an airflow pulverizer, a cyclone collector, a dust collector, an induced draft fan, an electric control cabinet, etc. After filtering, drying, and removing oil, compressed air is sprayed into the crushing chamber at high speed through a specially configured nozzle. Under the action of high-pressure airflow, the material is crushed. The crushed material enters the classification chamber with the rising airflow. Under the centrifugal force and centripetal force generated by the high-speed operating classification impeller, the coarse and fine particles are separated. The fine particles that meet the particle size requirements enter the cyclone collector and dust collector through the gap between the classification impeller blades, and the coarse particles are thrown out by the classification impeller and continue to be crushed in the crushing zone.
