working principle

The materials are evenly spread on the mesh belt, which is made of stainless steel woven mesh or nylon mesh and is dragged by a transmission device to move inside the dryer. The dryer consists of multiple units, with some moisture being discharged by a specialized dehumidification fan, and hot air passing through the mesh belt covered with materials from bottom to top to complete the process of heat and mass transfer, taking away the moisture of the materials. The mesh belt moves slowly, and the running speed can be freely adjusted according to the material temperature. Before use, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the voltage of the power supply used can meet the requirements. When using, the grounding wire of the power socket must be grounded according to the rules.
2. When powered on, avoid touching the electrical parts in the left space of the box with your hands or wiping with a damp cloth or rinsing with water. During inspection, the power should be cut off.
3. The power cord should not be wrapped around metal objects or placed in a low temperature or humid center to avoid rubber aging and electrical leakage.
4. When placing items inside the box, do not squeeze them too tightly. It is necessary to leave space for natural convection of the atmosphere, so that the humid atmosphere can slow down and escape on the top of the wind.
5. It is necessary to regularly reflect on whether the silver contacts of the temperature regulator are hairy or uneven. If so, the contacts can be sanded flat with fine yarn cloth before use, and should be wiped clean with a clean cloth to ensure good contact (note that the power must be cut off). Do not collide the metal pipes of the indoor temperature regulator to avoid affecting its flexibility.
Do not put flammable materials in dry boxes without explosion-proof installation.
