Mixing tank, also known as mixing tank or mixing tank, has the advantages of energy saving, corrosion resistance, strong production capacity, easy cleaning, and simple structure. It is mainly used for mixing dairy products, sugar, other elements, and various drugs to achieve uniform mixing. It is a commonly used equipment in dairy, beverage, and pharmaceutical factories. The material used is SUS304 or 316 stainless steel.

Patch production line - blending tankStructure: The cylinder body, cylinder head, stirring blade, feed inlet, and discharge valve of this equipment are all made of imported stainless acid resistant steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, according to the technical conditions of GB741-80. The cylinder body is polished and there is a stirring blade inside, which plays a stirring role. At the top, there is a cycloidal pinwheel planetary reducer that drives the mixing blade and can be installed, disassembled, and cleaned. There are also two openable cylinder heads for cleaning, and the cylinder bottom is inclined for easy emptying. In addition, there are two feeding ports that can be connected to pipelines for continuous feeding of various ingredients. There is a discharge port at the bottom, which can be equipped with a plug valve. After mixing evenly, the plug valve handle can be rotated 90 degrees to discharge the material. After discharging, it will be closed to achieve uniform mixing.

This series of liquid tanks strictly follows the requirements of Articles 31 and 32 of the GMP General Principles of the "Good Manufacturing Practice for Drugs" (1998 revised edition), and is designed, manufactured, and accepted according to the requirements of GB150-98 "Steel Pressure Vessels" and JB/T4735-97 "Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessels".
1. The container insulation material shall be made of high temperature resistant and anti-aging polyurethane foam or pearl cotton.
2. The interface adopts the internationally recognized standard ISO quick release chuck type, and the inner liner is made of imported stainless steel SUS316L or SUS304. The inner surface is mirror polished to Ra ≤ 0.28 μ m, and the outer surface is polished with matte, mirror, sandblasted or cold-rolled primary color matte, in compliance with GMP pharmaceutical standards.
3. The sealing of the mixer adopts imported sanitary mechanical mixing seal or magnetic fully sealed mixing device, and the mixing speed can be selected.
4. The pipe mouth is equipped with a liquid level gauge port (static pressure type, capacitive type, non-contact type, ultrasonic type, glass tube type), an air breathing port, a thermometer (digital display or dial type), a CIP cleaning port, a sight glass, an explosion-proof sight light (integrated sight glass sight light), a SIP sterilization port, an inlet and outlet liquid port, and a sanitary manhole.
5. The capacity is available in specifications ranging from 100L to 10000L, and can also be designed and manufactured according to the actual needs of customers.
6. Randomly attach relevant GMP validation materials (including material reports, certificates of conformity for purchased parts, validation forms, etc.).
