It is an imported technology specially designed based on professional processes in cosmetics, pharmaceutical factories, and chemical adhesive industries. This unit consists of a hot melt adhesive mixing pot, lifting system, electrical control constant temperature system, and other components. The existing gelatin sol reaction kettle has a small heating area and requires a large amount of heat. At the same time, the existing electric heating causes uneven heating of the gelatin sol, causing some to condense and adhere to the inner wall. Moreover, after the reaction kettle stops heating, the residual temperature will affect the state of the internal gelatin sol, thereby affecting the quality of subsequent production. So there are certain technical requirements for the control of blade type, speed, and temperature in the mixing process, as well as the requirements for material conveying pressure and flow control in the discharge system. It is difficult to achieve simultaneous work in all aspects.

1: Mixing system: Using a variable frequency high-speed frame type mixing blade, the material mixing process can be stirred and heated more evenly, with a mixing speed of 0~95r/min and variable frequency speed regulation.

2: Constant temperature system: Adopting PLC temperature control, equipped with insulation device, including discharge pipeline and jacket insulation lower expansion valve, this ensures that customers do not need continuous operation during the working process, maintaining indirect working state and expanding the scope of customer use.

1. Volume: Total volume: 260L, working volume: 200L, minimum production volume: 40L. The top and bottom of the pot body are disc-shaped heads, and the structural form is a three-layer structure with upper and lower heads. The upper head is connected to the tank body with a flange. The inner liner material of the tank body is 316L stainless steel, with a thickness of 5mm and a polished 400MESH (sanitary grade) inside. The working pressure is 0.1MPa, and the outer sheath material is 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 3mm,
2. Heating method: Using a mold temperature machine, heating evenly without any cold zone. Injecting thermal oil into the jacket as a heating medium generates heat energy to heat and cool the materials inside the tank.

3. Material heating temperature: within 200 ℃, material heating time: about 50min and 50min (heating from room temperature to 100 ℃).

4. Temperature control: Each inner pot jacket is equipped with a PT100 temperature sensor, which is transmitted to the PLC for temperature control. The temperature sensor inside the pot is inserted directly into the bottom of the tank, allowing the liquid to indicate the temperature even when used at the bottom position.
5. Tank body: The inner surface is polished with a mirror finish, with a roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m.
6. Upper cover: shallow disc head, with hand hole, feeding port (equipped with 2L funnel), vacuum port, nitrogen/compressed air, pressure gauge, safety valve, breathing port, and sight light

7. This device has vacuum filling and nitrogen filling.

8. Jacket form: Full jacket, used for adding thermal oil for electric heating, achieving excellent heating and cooling during operation. The material is 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 3mm.
9. Thermal insulation material: filled with pearl cotton to maintain a temperature difference with the outside, achieving thermal insulation effect.
10. Surface treatment method for the outer shell: mirror polishing.
11. Mixing device: Top center mixing, frame type hanging edge mixing.

12. Mixing speed: 0~95r/min (variable frequency speed regulation).
13. The process openings of each inlet and outlet pipe and the welding points of the inner tank body adopt the flanging process arc transition, which is smooth, easy to clean, and has a beautiful appearance.
