Requirement principle and structure:
One end of this machine is equipped with a motor and a reducer. The power of the motor is transmitted to the reducer through a belt, and the reducer is then transmitted to the V-shaped bucket through a coupler. Continuous operation of the V-shaped bucket drives the mixing of materials inside the bucket up, down, left, and right. The V-shaped mixer series products are V-shaped high-efficiency asymmetric mixers, which are suitable for mixing powder or granular materials in industries such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, feed, ceramics, metallurgy, etc. The machine has a reasonable and simple structure, operates in a closed manner, and is easy to feed in and out. VHJUse and maintenance of type mixer:
1. Installation: Place the machinery steadily, install the machine feet, level them, and ensure that the machinery can operate smoothly.
2. Before use, add oil first, then perform no-load operation, check whether all fasteners are loose, whether the electrical system is normal, and whether the mechanical system is running normally. If there are any abnormalities, repair and debug them.
3. Turn the feeding port to the top, open the feeding cover for feeding, and the feeding amount should not exceed the specified volume. Then close the feeding cover tightly and start the machine for operation. If any abnormalities are found during the process, the machine must be stopped for inspection.
4. After work or when changing varieties, the inside and outside of the hopper must be washed clean.

The two ends of the V-shaped mixing drum are equipped with elliptical heads, and feeding ports are installed on both heads, which is more conducive to cleaning the drum after the materials are mixed. 2. The transmission shaft is composed of a transmission half shaft. Before installation, the shaft sleeve is fixed and welded to the cylinder wall with a concentric rod, reinforced with a δ 5.0mm plate. After completion, the concentric rod is removed, and the shaft hole is tightly welded without leakage. During the transmission process of the material cylinder, there is no shaking or eccentricity.

3. The transmission system consists of a motor, a reducer, a sprocket, bearings, a transmission shaft, and other parts. The rotation speed of the material cylinder is 12-15 revolutions per minute, and there is no noise during operation, ensuring smooth operation.

4. The frame of the V-type mixer is made of 6 # channel steel, which is welded securely. The frame is wrapped in 3042B δ 1.0mm stainless steel, with a smooth surface, no scratches, and no welding marks. The side of the rotating bracket electrical appliance is a movable door for easy maintenance.

5. The discharge port of the material cylinder is equipped with a Dg250 stainless steel sealed butterfly valve, which has good sealing effect and is easy to operate.

6. The feeding port is a movable cover plate, which is pressed tightly with a lever. The sealing is made of edible silicone rubber sealing strip, which is pollution-free and easy to operate. Both the discharge and feeding ports can be opened to clean the equipment.

7. Control mode: manual control.

8. The mixing time can also be manually set, controlled by a digital time relay. The mixing time is set according to the requirements of the actual production process, reducing labor intensity and improving production efficiency. The material is fed and discharged using a jog button, which moves the V-shaped cylinder to the appropriate loading (or discharging) position for material feeding and discharging.
