Vegetable slicing belt dryer
working principle
The materials in the hopper are evenly spread on the stainless steel wire mesh by the feeder, and the mesh belt is driven by the transmission motor to move uniformly in the drying oven. The drying section consists of several units, with hot air circulating horizontally in two (or several) units. Fresh air enters through a fan and is heated by a heat exchanger. The hot air passes through the material layer and exchanges heat with the material, enters the lower chamber, and then flows to the next unit. The cooled hot air is further heated by the heat exchanger, passes through the mesh belt and exchanges heat with the material again. The humid and hot air is discharged by a dehumidification fan to complete the drying process. The number of drying units per dryer can be selected according to the characteristics and process requirements of the material.


Product Features
1. The air volume, heating temperature, material residence time, and feeding speed can be adjusted to achieve a drying effect;
2. The equipment configuration is flexible and can use mesh belt flushing system and material cooling system;
3. Most of the air is recycled and highly energy-efficient;
4. Special air distribution device ensures a more uniform distribution of hot air and consistency in product quality;
5. The heat source can be steam, thermal oil, electricity, or coal-fired (oil) hot blast stove.
Application field
Dehydrated vegetables, pellet feed, monosodium glutamate, coconut milk, organic pigments, synthetic rubber, acrylic fiber, pharmaceuticals, medicinal herbs, small wooden products, plastic products, electronic components aging, curing, etc.
