According to the basic requirements of the dry granulation process, the dry granulation machine adds light powder (with a free water content of less than 1.5%) into the vertical feeding bin of the granulator through a feeding machine (or manual feeding), and then goes through several steps such as pre compression and degassing, compression molding, sheet crushing, whole granulation, and screening to produce irregular particles with certain particle size distribution and density requirements without adding adhesives or water, completing the physical transformation process from powder to particles.
Product Features
The equipment is horizontally arranged with pressure rollers, and the material is automatically fed into the vertical feeding bin. Under the action of the variable speed screw, the material is evenly sent to the pressure wheel part. The material is then squeezed into sheets by the pressure wheel. The sheet material is crushed into small block materials by the crushing device, and then enters the granulator to granulate the small block materials into particles of different specifications. Finally, according to the customer's needs, the required particles are obtained through a screening machine.
The compression drive structure adopts a dual support roller shaft design, which makes the pressure roller float more flexibly and has strong following ability. That is, the movable roller adjusts itself according to the changes in the feeding amount and pressure, ensuring the hardness of the compression and improving the yield of finished products.
The operation of this machine in the production process is controlled by PLC and touch screen, which is simple to operate, and the production technical parameters are intuitive and easy to search and record.
