Brief introduction: MSM20-7 (non consumable) miniature metal melting furnace is a small high vacuum arc melting furnace equipped with a visual vacuum pressure gauge, which can directly observe the vacuum degree inside the chamber. The alloy ingot can be flipped multiple times for melting without damaging the gas protective atmosphere, and up to 7 samples can be prepared simultaneously. The MSM20-7 (non consumable) miniature metal melting furnace has a compact size, simple and convenient operation, and can melt a large number of samples. Therefore, it is an ideal equipment for preparing metal and alloy samples in universities and research institutes. It can be used for the preparation, purification, and mixed applications of new alloy materials, such as high entropy alloys and high-temperature alloys. The MSM20-7 (non consumable) miniature metal melting furnace uses tungsten needles as electrodes. Tungsten has a very high melting point, and the arc temperature can reach up to 4000 ℃, which can melt almost all metals. During the operation of the furnace, circulating water is used to cool the electrodes and crucible to ensure that they are not melted.

Installation conditions

1. Water: The equipment is equipped with a self circulating cooling water machine (adding purified water or deionized water)
