1. As the mixing tank is equipped with four corner fixing plates, the ground should be fixed with expansion screws after the equipment is in place, so that the mixing tank can be fixed before use.

2. Please carefully read the instrument and motor manuals of all accessories on the equipment, and then connect the power according to the circuit diagram and standard wiring method. When using the mixing tank, make sure to connect the grounding protection before use (the grounding wire connector is M6 terminal on the edge of the inlet hole), and then close the circuit breaker.

3. Turn on the main power knob on the control box, and the power indicator light will turn on.

4. Start mixing before feeding, and never start mixing after feeding, as this can cause significant damage to the mixing device. The operating speed needs to be controlled and adjusted by the user themselves during operation

5. Before feeding, turn on the mixing knob and adjust the mixing speed according to the instructions of the frequency converter. Generally, it should not be lower than 20 Hz when the mixing indicator light is on to prevent material sedimentation. (It is recommended that the frequency of the frequency converter should not be lower than 20 Hz, and it is also not recommended to run it at high speed for a long time, as this is beneficial for protecting the mixer and motor.)

6. At this point, it has entered the normal heating working state. When the mixing work is completed, press the discharge button, which is a jog button. To ensure safety, please do not hold it down for a long time. After discharging, please press the reset button, which is also a jog button button, to restore the tank to its normal upright state and continue with the next operation.

7. The device cannot be left unattended. If the device is damaged without supervision, the consequences shall be borne by the user.
