2、 Structural characteristics and performance

When the mixer rotates, the material is decomposed and combined, and due to different potential energies, a lateral force is generated to push the material to exchange horizontally. When the material is combined and decomposed, there is also a lateral force due to the different planes of the material, which drives the material to exchange horizontally. After another round of lateral force, about 25% of the material flows from one tube to the other, so that the material is mixed horizontally and radially. The decomposition and combination intersect to achieve very uniform mixing of the material. When the material is mixed, there is no mechanical compression or strong wear, and the material particles are kept intact, making it easy to discharge and clean during product replacement. Mixing in a closed state provides good conditions for dust-free operation.

5、 Precautions for use

1. After the equipment is in place, according to the flatness of the ground, uneven ones can be cushioned with rubber pads on the four foot pads of the mixer. (Our factory has prepared them) Connect the power supply according to the conventional three-phase four wire system for equipment electricity. Before starting, check whether all components are installed accurately, and then check whether all fasteners are loose. Connect the main power supply and grounding protection wire according to the standard.
2. The feeding amount should not exceed the normal volume. Before feeding, close the bottom butterfly valve and cover the feeding port with the feeding cover (note: the pressure rod on the cover should be perpendicular to the front of the machine, otherwise it will damage the pressure rod and screw). Lock it until it is tight to prevent material leakage during operation.
3. Turn on the power switch button, and the power indicator light will turn on.
4. Set the required time for forward mixing on the time relay, and the machine will automatically stop when the time is up,. Forward and reverse are controlled at the same time.
5. Turn the machine forward again by hand, indicating that it is running. When the set time is up, it will automatically stop. If it needs to be reversed, you can manually turn it back on, indicating that the machine is running and starting to mix. When the mixing time is up, the machine will automatically stop. If the direction of the discharge port is not correct during discharge, you can press the jog button to stop the discharge port at the appropriate position, then turn off the main power before unloading and loading.
6. The main current of the machine cannot exceed the rated current of the motor during operation.

6. This equipment adopts 380V+N50H_ZThree phase five wire system circuit.

7. It is prohibited to start both forward and reverse directions simultaneously.

8. The reducer of this equipment needs to be refueled and replaced with oil according to routine mechanical maintenance.
