Circulation method and working principle: This equipment uses a circulation fan to draw in air from the working chamber, which is then sucked into the air duct. After passing through a heating element, the air is heated and evenly blown into the working chamber and workpiece through two side air ducts for heat exchange. It then returns to the top of the working chamber and is sucked into the top air duct, forming a forced convection cycle. This repeated cycle causes the temperature in the studio to rise. The construction of this device and the principle of hot air circulation ensure temperature uniformity in various areas of the oven, eliminating low temperature dead zones and blind spots. Electrical principle:

The main control table controls the temperature throughout the entire process, following the pre-set program to control the temperature inside the working room. If the temperature control system malfunctions and causes the working room temperature to continue to rise, when the working room temperature reaches the second level mechanical protection setting value, the system will immediately activate, cut off the heating control, and emit sound and light alarm signals. The equipment adopts power supply and air blowing interlock control, that is, the power supply starts and the air blowing starts. The device has a constant temperature timing function, which automatically cuts off heating when the time is up, continues to blow air and emits sound and light alarms, and has an output disconnection prompt.
