The ball concentrator consists of a first effect heating chamber, a first effect evaporation chamber, a second effect heating chamber, a second effect evaporation chamber, a concentration tank, a gas-liquid separator, a cooler, a liquid receiving tank, etc. In addition, it is equipped with a vacuum system device, a stirring device, a rotating device, a CIP automatic rotating spray ball, a defoamer, a PLC automatic control system, etc. According to production needs, it can achieve dual effect concentration and can be decomposed into two different production methods of single effect and combination equipment for concentration, realizing intermittent, continuous feeding, and repeated tank collection of one effect and two effects; According to the production process requirements, various environmental extraction and concentration operations such as negative pressure and atmospheric pressure can be achieved, as well as vacuum concentration operations, with low evaporation temperature and high finished product concentration.

Correct operating procedures:

1. Preparation work:

① Check if all heaters and evaporators are clean.

② Check whether each valve is in the correct opening and closing position.

2. Power on:

① Open the vacuum valve.

② Open the feeding valve for feeding, and close the feeding valve when the liquid is seen in the sight glass.

③ Before opening the steam valve, first open the steam drain valve to discharge the residual condensate and dirt in the steam pipe to the sewer, and then close the steam drain valve.

④ Slowly open the steam valve, heat up to the required pressure, and allow each evaporator to circulate heat.

⑤ Open the cooling valve of the condenser.

3. Normal operation:

① Adjust the opening degree of each feed valve to control the material level to maintain a certain height.

② Every 2 hours of evaporation, open the exhaust valve of the heater to remove the condensable gas.

③ The discharge of condensate water, except for the separate discharge of condensate water from the first effect heater, is about half an hour for the second and third effects.

4. Material receiving operation:

① Close the feed valves for effects II and III.

② Close the vacuum butterfly valve of the third effect evaporator and open the vacuum bypass valve of the first effect evaporator to increase the vacuum degree of the first effect evaporator.

③ Open the vacuum valve of the lower storage cylinder of the first effect evaporator.

④ Open the exhaust valves of effect II and III, destroy the vacuum degree of the evaporator of effect II and III, open the bottom discharge valve of the heater of effect II and III, pump all the liquid into the storage tank at the lower part of the evaporator of effect I, and close the material valves of effect II and III.

⑤ Allow the liquid to undergo separate thermal cycling in effect I, evaporate to the desired depth, and then discharge.
