The main equipment of the unit is made of SUS304/316L high-grade stainless steel. The inner cylinder wall is mechanically polished or electrolytic mirror polished, and the outer cylinder wall is insulated with 304 fully welded structure. The outer surface is treated with mirror or matte finish; The external connection port of the cylinder adopts a sanitary quick open joint, which is safe and hygienic, and complies with the national GMP hygiene standards.

The online control system of the hot reflux extraction and concentration unit adopts a color LCD touch screen+PLC fully automatic control, which can detect and control the relevant parameters of the extraction and concentration process online. The control system includes sterilization interface, parameter setting and correction, data curve graph, data report, concentration batch number setting, online animation, alarm device, etc. It can be connected to upper computer, computer and printer to achieve remote monitoring, data storage and printing.
