To accelerate the evaporation speed and reduce the evaporation temperature, pressure reduction concentration is used, and the vacuum degree is determined by the user according to different requirements. At the same time as opening the jacket steam valve, the cooling water inlet valve should be opened.

As the liquid inside the tank continues to evaporate, the liquid level drops. Therefore, continuous feeding can be used to ensure that the liquid level in the tank does not change. Intermittent feeding is also possible. Either way, the vacuum inside the tank can be used for feeding at any time during operation. After the operation is completed, manual operations such as opening the discharge port, slag outlet, and liquid outlet must be carried out only when the vacuum or negative pressure is eliminated (i.e. the vacuum pump stops, the valve on the exhaust pipe is opened, and there is no vacuum degree on the p1 and p2 vacuum gauges). The specific gravity of concentrated solution should not be greater than 1.2-1.25 for traditional Chinese medicine solution, otherwise it will bring certain difficulties in feeding and cleaning.
