2. The material of dynamic extraction tanks is generally stainless steel, with commonly used ones being SUS304 and SUS316L. The material selection is based on the logistics characteristics, with SUS304 being non corrosive. SUS316L can be used for those with slight corrosion.

3. Regarding the wall thickness of the dynamic extraction tank, it is generally necessary to provide the operating temperature and pressure inside the tank, as well as the operating pressure and temperature of the jacket. We will calculate the wall thickness based on the pressure. The common wall thickness ranges from 3-12mm.

4. The tank configuration can be selected, such as the number and size of pipe openings. The inlet, circulation port, evaporation port, reflux port, cleaning port, SIP port, steam inlet, condensate outlet, feeding port, slag discharge valve, cylinder, cylinder control panel, etc. can be selected as needed or all of them can be configured by us.
