The shaking type standard vibrating screen machine (tapping screen) is mainly composed of a swinging mechanism, a shaking mechanism, a clamping mechanism, and other parts. The electric motor rotates the main eccentric shaft on the worm gear supporting swing frame by rotating the shaft, which in turn drives the other two supporting eccentric shafts to rotate, promoting the swing radius of the entire screen group, which is also equal to the plane circumference swing of the eccentricity. At the same time, another pair of worm gears are driven by the same electric motor through a cam, and the top rod is equipped with a swing frame of a screen group, which periodically lifts and falls onto the anvil of the machine base by its own weight, causing the swing frame to oscillate in a flat circular motion while undergoing vibration.

▌ Instructions for using the shaking type standard vibrating screen machine
1. When placing sieves, they should be stacked in order of sieve hole size, and an additional sieve base should be added.
2. Pour the material to be screened and analyzed into the upper sieve, cover the sieve cover, and then place it in the sieve seat of the vibrating pendulum.
3. Reverse the rotation of the rubber wood handle on the clamping sieve plate, slide the entire clamping sieve plate downwards onto the sleeve sieve, and then rotate the rubber wood handle on the clamping sieve plate clockwise. The top rod shaft inside clamps the bearing seat, securing the entire sample sieve.
4. Turn the timer knob on the shaker to the desired screening time, turn on the power switch, and the shaker will start the screening and rotating operation.
5. When the timer reaches the predetermined time position, the pendulum will automatically stop working.
6. Rotate the rubber wood handle on the clamp sieve disc counterclockwise to release the central sieve disc and lift it upwards, fix it on the sliding sleeve, and remove the sample sieve. Weigh the remaining particles in each sieve in sequence using a balance to accurately determine the analysis ratio.
7. When working for the first time, there was no vertical vibration. Due to the motor reversing, please replace the power cord.
8. Turn off the power after work is completed.
▌ Operating procedures for shaking type standard vibrating screen machine
1) Before driving, it is necessary to add engine oil to the chassis and observe the oil level through the oil window. The oil level should be at the centerline of the oil window, and then connect the power supply.
2) When placing screening tools, they should be selected in order of sieve size, with the larger ones on top and the smaller ones on the bottom.
3) Rotate the timer handle clockwise to the desired working time, and the timer will start working. Immediately press the green button, press the touch button to engage, and the motor will also start working.
4) When the timer handle gradually returns to the 0 position, the motor automatically stops working.
5) When automatic control is not required, turn the timer handle counterclockwise to the normally open position, press the green button to start working, and stop in the middle. Just press the red button.
6) After the experiment is completed, cut off the power and keep the machine clean. The machine needs to be fixed with anchor bolts before use.
▌ Precautions for shaking type standard vibrating screen machine
1. Ensure correct input of working AC voltage and ensure reliable grounding of instruments and equipment.
2. Instruments and equipment must be placed flat on a fixed tabletop.
3. Prevent and avoid vibration, collision, high temperature, and direct sunlight.
4. Do not place instruments and equipment in damp or corrosive gas environments.
5. Please do not use towels with easily detachable fibers to wipe instruments and equipment.

a) To stabilize the vibrating screen machine, it is necessary to fasten it with four feet.

c) After each screening use, the residual dust inside the sieve tray on the machine should be wiped clean. It is strictly prohibited to wash and knock with water, and the order of placement should not be reversed.
d) The motor and chassis should be cleaned once a year, and the timer should be refilled every two years to ensure the service life of the components. Dust covers should be added when not in use.
