When conducting a weekly inspection of the square swing screen, all loose bolts of the equipment should be tightened, especially the bolts of the exciter, screen surface, and support device. Rough operation is strictly prohibited to prevent damage to the equipment.

3. The screening frame is an important component of the equipment, and it is necessary to pay more attention to the welding seams of the main beam and all crossbeams in daily life to ensure that the welding seams are tight and there will be no cracks.
