If we want to understand what PTFE vibrating screen is, we need to first understand what PTFE is. Teflon, also known as polytetrafluoroethylene, is commonly referred to as "non stick coating" or "easy to clean material". This material has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, resistance to various organic solvents, and is almost insoluble in all solvents. At the same time, polytetrafluoroethylene has the characteristic of high temperature resistance, and its friction coefficient is extremely low. The device consists of an ultrasonic resonant power supply, an oscillator, and a resonant ring. The high-frequency electrical oscillation generated by the ultrasonic resonant power supply is converted into longitudinal oscillation waves in the form of high-frequency sine waves by the oscillator. These oscillation waves are transmitted to the resonant ring to cause resonance, and then the vibration is uniformly transmitted to the screen surface by the resonant ring. The material on the sieve undergoes low-frequency three-dimensional vibration combined with ultrasonic vibration, which can prevent mesh blockage and improve screening yield and quality.
