Three dimensional vibration platform, vibration platform. The vibration table of lost foam casting equipment is one of the important series of equipment in lost foam casting production. After years of development and research, our company has publicly released more than ten products in three major series, including two-dimensional vibration self-control, three-dimensional vibration self-control, and three-dimensional frequency modulation vibration (for assembly line equipment). Mainly used for shock compaction molding in negative pressure casting. It has changed the traditional casting industry. Three dimensional vibration makes loose molding sand (dry sand) compact to fix the foam model. This machine is mainly used for disappearing models. After multiple sand fillings, the molding sand is compacted by vibration. It adopts a combination of rubber springs and 4-8 vibration motors. It has a three-dimensional seismic effect of up and down, left and right, front and back. It has the characteristics of multi structural support, sturdy structure, good sealing, reliable performance, easy operation, adjustable vibration frequency, low noise, and high production efficiency.

Production principle: This method first produces a foam plastic model (manual, mechanical) according to the EPC process, coats it with a special coating, dries it, and places it in a special sand box. Dry sand is filled in, compacted by vibration, and cast in a vacuum state. The model vaporizes and disappears, and the metal liquid replaces the model, replicating the same casting as the foam plastic model.
Process flow: 1. Produce foam white mold, combine pouring system, brush and spray special high-temperature resistant coating on the surface of gasification mold, and dry. Place the specially designed partition sand box on the vibration workbench, fill it with bottom sand (dry sand), compact it, scrape it flat, place the dried gasification mold on the bottom sand, fill it with dry sand, and gently vibrate for an appropriate time to scrape the box mouth flat. Cover with plastic film, place the pouring cup, connect to the vacuum system for suction, tighten the dry sand to form, and then pour. The white mold will vaporize and disappear, and the metal liquid will replace its position. Release the vacuum, flip the box after the casting has condensed, and remove the casting from the loose dry sand.
Technical advantages: The lost foam casting process integrates the advantages of solid casting and V-method casting, and is suitable for various grades, materials, and structures of large, medium, and small castings such as cast steel, cast iron, cast copper, and cast aluminum. Use dry sand to solidify the prototype; The casting has high dimensional accuracy, uniform consistency, no box fastening, and no burrs or flying edges; The surface smoothness is close to precision casting, the internal structure is stable, and casting defects such as sand holes and air voids are eliminated or reduced. The entire production process is environmentally friendly and pollution-free.
