This machine is mainly used for stir frying and processing Chinese herbal ingredients such as stir frying, wheat stir frying, sand stir frying, vinegar stir frying, charcoal stir frying, and dense frying. It can also be used for stir frying fruits, local specialties, wheat stir frying, rice stir frying, processing, and drying under medium temperature conditions. This device can freely set the roasting temperature and adjust the rotation speed of the drum according to actual production needs, so that the materials can achieve the roasting effect. This device has a digital temperature setting function and a timed alarm function. The frying machine has two options for users to choose from: cyclone dust removal and water curtain dust removal. It mainly introduces the principle of water curtain dust removal. The frying machine generates a large amount of water vapor and smoke during operation, which is discharged through the exhaust port by a high-temperature DF type fan and blown into a closed box through a pipeline. The upper part of the box has an exhaust port, and the bottom of the box is filled with a certain amount of water, which is circulated by a water pump to the top of the box and sprayed down. It meets the smoke that needs to be discharged upward from the box. The water curtain can effectively filter the smoke discharged by the exhaust fan, so that clean gas is discharged through the top exhaust port.
This machine is assembled from components such as frame, cylinder, stainless steel electric heating tube, insulation cotton, motor worm gear box, inlet and outlet, water curtain filtration device, etc.
1. The rack is composed of high-quality angle steel, thin steel plates, etc.
2. The cylinder is made of rolled steel or stainless steel plates. When the cylinder rotates in the forward direction, the medicine and materials are repeatedly stir fried. The cylinder can rotate in both forward and reverse directions, stir fry in the forward direction, and discharge in the reverse direction.
3. The inlet and outlet are made of steel plates, round steel, steel pipes, etc. When the cylinder rotates forward, the material is fed from the top, and when the cylinder rotates backward, the material is discharged from the bottom.
4. The forward and reverse rotation of the cylinder is controlled by a button switch.
5. The chimney leads to the cylinder and the feeding port. By closing the feeding port flap, it can be stir fried and the dust and ash inside the cylinder can be discharged outdoors.
6. The bracket is made of cast iron wheels and steel plates to maintain the balance of the cylinder.
7. The heating tubes are made of stainless steel finned high-temperature resistant heating tubes, divided into two groups of 15 each.
8. The insulation adopts high-quality, high-temperature resistant aluminum silicate and insulation cotton to achieve heat resistance and insulation.
9. The medicine stir fry machine is equipped with a DF type exhaust fan at the discharge port, which can exhaust the smoke during the roasting process and filter it through a water curtain.

4、 Installation and usage methods:
1. This machine has no explosion-proof device, and the equipment has a three-phase four wire 380V power supply. The indoor site is flat, well ventilated, and can be installed and used in a location that is conducive to operation.
2. After the installation of the equipment, it is necessary to strictly inspect the power supply, electrical appliances, electric heating elements, and grounding devices. Only after reliable inspection can the vehicle be driven for trial operation. When checking the electric heating element, please pull the handles on both sides. When pulling out the suction bucket, it is necessary to strictly check whether the screws are loose and whether the two electric heating tubes are in contact. If there is, tighten or separate them, otherwise it will cause electrical short circuit and electric heating tube burnout. Push the suction bucket onto the machine body, and the casing should be equipped with a secure grounding device. When the water curtain connecting pipeline leaves the factory, it is equipped with a position one meter away from the frying machine. If the position is far away, the user needs to make on-site modifications and connect the water pump and water curtain box according to the direction of the water pump connection.
3. After the equipment is in place, a cylinder test run and preheating test of the heating tube need to be carried out. Only after the test run is normal can it be put into operation.
4. After connecting the 380V power supply, open the door of the control box and turn the air switch to the ON position. The two red lights of the control box and the red light of the temperature controller are on.
5. The steps for heating up are: (1) Adjust the temperature controller from 0 degrees to the desired temperature, please note that 350 ℃ is the highest temperature; It is recommended to gradually increase the temperature from 0 degrees to 350 degrees in 3-4 steps. (2) Press the heating II and heating I buttons and switches. At this point, all 24 heating tubes in two groups are working, that is, the red light is off, the green lights of II and I are on, and at the same time, the green light of the temperature controller is on. If the red light is off, it indicates that the temperature is rising. (3) Simultaneously press the "cylinder forward rotation" button, the red light will turn off and the green light will turn on. (4) When the temperature rises to around 150 ℃. You can turn on the upper part of the frying machine to add ingredients for frying. When the temperature reaches the desired level, Heating II and Heating I will automatically stop heating, with the two green lights off and the red light on. At the same time, the red light on the temperature controller will turn on and off; When the temperature is lower than the required temperature, Heating II will automatically heat up, with the green light on and the red light off. At the same time, press the Heating I switch. As Heating I is manual, the temperature controller's green light will light up and the red light will turn off, and the discharge will be reversed. Press the "emergency stop" button, with the red light on and the green light off, and then press the "cylinder reversal" button, with the red light off and the green light on, to run back and forth.
6. When stopping the machine, first stop the heating II and heating I buttons, which are the switches. After all the materials in the cylinder are discharged, let the cylinder idle for about 10 minutes to turn off the motor, otherwise the cylinder will deform.
7. After the work is completed, the air switch should be turned off and the power should be cut off.
8. The feeding is in forward rotation and the discharging is in reverse rotation. Do not open both at the same time.
9. Special note: Forward and reverse cannot be activated simultaneously.
5、 Repair and maintenance:
a) Regularly inject lubricating oil and high-temperature butter into the rotating parts, and replace the engine oil in the worm gear box once a quarter.
b) Regularly inspect and test the insulation level of stainless steel heating tubes and heating devices.
c) Regularly check if the grounding device is secure.
d) Clean up promptly after each shift is completed.
e) Be sure to cut off the power supply during cleaning and maintenance.
f) According to usage, the filtered water should be replaced at least once per shift.
