3、 Working principle and structural characteristics

1Transmission: Electric motor (stepless speed regulation by frequency converter) → Belt wheel transmission → Worm gear transmission → Rotary table driven by spindle.

2. The production process of this machine includes feeding, filling, pressing, and discharging, which are carried out continuously through four programs

conduct.

3. When the machine is working, the turntable drives 17 sets of stamping dies to rotate clockwise, and the upper and lower stamping dies move up and down along the curved track, and the pressure action is completed through the pressure wheel.

4. The upper and lower pressing wheel device adopts rolling friction, which is conducive to reducing working resistance and reducing power loss.

5. The safety unloading device of the pressure wheel is balanced by a spring on the lower pressure wheel shaft, and its working pressure is adjusted by a spring sleeve. When overpressure occurs, it will automatically unload, which is conducive to pressure stability, reduces impact and vibration, and also protects the punch rod.

6. The adjustment and control mechanisms for filling, thickness, and speed are all centrally controlled, making them easy to operate.

7. This machine adopts a closed oil immersed lubrication worm and worm gear transmission to reduce power loss and extend its service life.

8. The peripheral components of this machine adopt a fully enclosed structure, which separates the sealed compression chamber from the drive mechanism, preventing dust from flying and avoiding cross contamination of oil stains.

9. This machine is equipped with a separate and efficient vacuum cleaning device, which has high vacuum cleaning efficiency and ensures the normal operation of the machine.

4Die installation

Before installing the punching die, the left side door of the operating surface should be opened first, and the test wheel should be installed. Then, the working surface of the turntable, the upper and lower punching rod holes, the punching die holes, and the punching die to be installed should be wiped clean, and the installation should be carried out according to the following steps:

1. Installation of stamping die: The fixing screws of the stamping die on the turntable are screwed out one by one to the outer circle of the turntable and leveled to avoid interference between the stamping die and the screw head during installation. The punching die and hole are transitional fit, so the punching die must be placed flat and then pierced through the upper hole with a punching rod, and gently hammered in with a hand hammer. If the punching die hole and the plane are not higher than the working surface of the turntable, it is qualified. Then tighten the screws. If the punching die needs to be replaced or removed, the middle die remover of this machine can be used.

2. Installation of upper punch rod: Flip up the tongue of the upper track, apply some vegetable oil to the tail of the punch rod, and insert them into the turntable one by one. Note that after the head of the punch rod enters the die hole, its up and down movement should be flexible and free. Otherwise, it is necessary to check whether the quality of the die meets the requirements. After the installation of the upper punch rod, the tongue must be turned down.

3. Installation of the lower punch rod: Open the front door in front of the console, remove the cushion block used for loading and unloading the lower punch rod on the main body surface, and then install the lower punch rod. After installation, the cushion block must be restored.

4. After all the stamping dies are installed, turn the test handwheel according to the normal operation of the steering wheel, rotate the turntable clockwise for 1-2 turns, and observe the operation of the up and down punching. There should be no collision or hard friction.

5Construction Description

1. Upper pressing wheel frame and peripheral sealing device: This device is supported by two circular pillars on the upper half of the machine and the platform, forming a pressing chamber that can resist the compaction reaction force of the pressing wheel on the punching rod during pressing and form a window shaped closed space. When the reaction force borne by the upper pressure wheel is greater than the set working pressure, the torque composed of the eccentricity of the main pressure wheel is greater than the balance torque composed of the compression spring and the lever. The spring will be compressed and the upper pressure wheel will be released to relieve the load, effectively avoiding overpressure damage to the punch rod, so that the operator can check the fault and adjust the working pressure in a timely manner. When adjusting the pressure, it is necessary to open the rear door opposite the operation panel, and then adjust the pre tension force of the spring inside the spring sleeve as needed to achieve the set pressure.

2. The feeding hopper and moon shaped grid feeder are the main feeding devices. When installing the feeder, it should be noted that the gap between its bottom surface and the turntable is 0.03-0.1 millimeters. The adjustment of the hopper and powder amount is done by using two rolling knobs in the upper right part of the working room - rotating the hopper downwards to the right and upwards to adjust the height of the hopper to control the flow of powder. The basis for adjustment is to prevent the accumulated powder inside the feeder from overflowing. After adjustment, the rolling screws on the side should be tightened.

3. Turntable and upper track device: The turntable is the main component of the machine and must rotate clockwise during operation to prevent damage to the lower track caused by the lower punch rod. The upper track device is equivalent to a cylindrical cam, which performs a predetermined upward and downward movement along the flange of the track by punching the groove at the tail during operation.

4. Main body and lower track device: The lower track is a segmented planar cam that causes the lower punch rod to move up and down along it during operation. There is a circular loading and unloading pad for the lower punch at the outlet of the lower track. The lower track of this machine can be directly assembled and disassembled under the main body. The main body is the main component that supports the gravity of the turntable and resists the axial force of the transmission worm gear. This machine adopts the transmission mode of spindle driven turntable, so there are four speed bearings installed in the center hole of the main body. One side of the main body serves as a support for the pressing wheel and is equipped with a thickness adjustment device.

5. Transmission device: This device is mainly driven by a motor through a V-belt to rotate the worm gear, which in turn drives the worm wheel and spindle to rotate, thereby achieving the purpose of rotating the turntable.
