1、 Usage Overview
1. The ZP33 licorice tablet press and stomach nourishing and digestive tablet press are tablet pressing machines with continuous sub station pressure and automatic feeding, high output, and good reliability. They are mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry and can also be used in industrial sectors such as food and chemical industry. They are basic equipment for processing granular raw materials into tablets.

3. Not suitable for pressing semi-solid, moist powder particles and extremely fine powder without particles.
2、 Structural features
1. The upper part of the machine is a tablet structure. 33 sets of stamping dies are evenly distributed on the turntable. The stamping dies are composed of three parts: upper punch rod, middle die, and lower punch rod. The tails of the upper and lower punch rods are embedded in a fixed curved track. When the turntable rotates, the punch rods move up and down at a constant speed along the curved track. When the upper and lower punch rods pass through the cylindrical surface of the pressing wheel, the pressing is completed.
2. The process of tablet pressing is divided into three steps: filling granular raw materials, pressurization, and tablet dispensing, which are carried out continuously. Filling and pressurization are respectively equipped with adjustment control mechanisms. To improve the production capacity of the machine, the structure of this machine is double pressure, which means that when the turntable rotates around, the pressing process cycles twice, and the arrangement of the mold holes is staggered with the axis of the pressing wheel, so as to reduce the vibration and power consumption of the machine.

The track disk is a cylindrical cam with heat-treated track guide plates embedded on the cylindrical surface. The 40 ° inclined conical surface of the upward punch tail groove contacts the convex edge of the track guide plate, allowing the upward punch rod to perform specific lifting and lowering movements along the circumference of the guide disk.
3. 33 hole turntable device
The turntable is a one-piece casting with 33 vertically and uniformly arranged mold holes. There are 33 sets of stamping dies installed in the holes. The turntable is sleeved on the main shaft and rotated clockwise by the worm gear and worm wheel.
4. Feeding section device
It consists of two cylindrical conical bottom hoppers and a moon shaped reflux grate feeder.
① To avoid friction between the feeder and the turntable, there should be a gap of 0.05-0.1mm between the feeder and the turntable working surface.
② Powder adjustment method
According to the particle size and filling amount, the distance between the hopper and the turntable working surface is adjusted by the rolling screw on the top of the hopper frame to control the flow rate of the powder.
Observe the accumulated amount of materials in the grid feeder, which should be moderate and not overflow.
5. Main body and lower rail guide device
The main body is a square box. There are downward pressure wheels installed in the left and right grooves, and two sets of heat-treated rail guides are symmetrically installed outside the circular edges of their planes. When the punch rod runs with the turntable, its tail is embedded in the track guide groove and moves up and down with the inclination of the groove.
There is a circular hole at the end of the front rail guide, which is covered with a disc for installing the lower punch rod.
6. Lower pressure wheel adjustment device
The pressing wheel is fixed on the eccentric shaft, and the outer end of the eccentric shaft is equipped with a helical gear and a worm gear that mesh with each other. The worm gear is driven by the handwheel to rotate, and the pressing wheel rotates slightly through the helical gear. When the eccentricity E is upward, the pressing wheel rises, the pressure increases, and the tablet becomes thinner. Conversely, when the eccentricity E is upward, the pressure decreases, and the tablet thickens, in order to control the thickness and hardness of the tablet.
Each division of the pointer on the dial is equivalent to a thickness increase or decrease of 0.25mm. Since the helical angle of the helical gear is much smaller than the friction angle of the transmission pair and has a self-locking effect, it is allowed to be adjusted during operation. After adjustment, the middle roller handle should be tightened to prevent the impact of the pressure wheel from causing thickness changes.
