Equipment structure

The crystallization reaction kettle can be divided into two types of equipment materials according to the user's process requirements: 316L and 304. The inner and outer parts of the tube are polished with Ra0.45, and the heating layer is divided into spiral belt and jacket type. Heating energy is available in steam and electric heating options. The insulation board is made of 304 material and filled with polyurethane foaming agent. It is equipped with a sight glass, mixing device, inlet and feeding port, tank washer, respirator, liquid inlet, injection water inlet, reflux port, steam inlet, condensate outlet, cooling water inlet and outlet, material outlet, sewage outlet, sampling port, temperature measurement port, and liquid level device.

This crystallization reaction vessel is a mixing reaction equipment used in domestic processes such as material mixing, heating, cooling, and stirring in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and food. 3. Able to withstand high temperature sterilization and disinfection at 121 ° C, equipped with a sanitary pressure gauge.

6. The shaft seal adopts a special sanitary mechanical seal to ensure that the material is not contaminated.
