1、 Product description of heated enzymatic hydrolysis tank

The heated enzymatic hydrolysis tank adopts PID thyristor for temperature control, with high control accuracy and fast heating and cooling speed.

1. Principles of Heating and Temperature Control

2. Heating method: An electric heating tube is inserted into the lower part of the jacket, and heat transfer oil or water is injected into the jacket as the heating medium. The electric heating tube is used to directly heat the heat transfer oil or water, generating heat energy to indirectly heat the materials inside the tank.

3. Principle of temperature measurement and control: The material temperature is converted into an electrical signal by a temperature sensor vertically inserted into the tank from the top, and transmitted to the digital temperature controller on the electrical control box through wires to display the temperature of the material in the tank and regulate the temperature of the material (the electric heating system automatically stops heating after reaching the set temperature).
