The main body of the reflux extraction tank equipment includes an inner cylinder, jacket layer, insulation layer, support ears, demister, feed inlet, discharge outlet, slag discharge door, etc.

The contact part between the inner cylinder of the extraction tank and the material is made of S304/316L stainless steel, which has corrosion resistance; The outer cylinder is made of S30408 matte thin steel plate, and the tank is equipped with a thermometer, explosion-proof sight light, adjustable mirror, spray cleaning head, etc., making the operation simple and fast.

The inner tank wall is mirror polished with Ra ≤ 0.4, clean and hygienic without residue. The outer tank wall has undergone wire drawing treatment, with rounded weld transitions, no hanging materials, easy to clean, and meets national health and safety requirements. Using concentrated secondary steam as the extraction heat source can save more than 50% of steam at the same time, greatly reducing energy loss.

4、 Working principle of hot reflux extraction tank:

After soaking and heating the traditional Chinese medicine, the extract is pumped from the bottom of the extraction tank into an external heater for heating. Excess pump solution enters the bottom of the extraction tank tangentially for reflux, playing a role in local stirring.

After being heated by a heater, the extraction liquid is separated by steam in a separator, and the secondary steam enters the extraction tank tangentially, transferring heat to the solvent inside the extraction tank while playing a stirring role.

The residual gas enters the condenser to cool into a solvent, flows back into the extraction tank, and then enters the condensate heater for heat exchange, making the temperature of the condensate close to the boiling point of the extraction tank solution. The residual gas then enters the condenser. Due to the large reflux rate of the solvent, the density gradient between the medicinal herbs and the solute in the solvent remains high, resulting in rapid dissolution of the solute.

Due to the simultaneous extraction and concentration, and the continuous discharge of the concentrated solution, the process time is greatly reduced, only requiring 4-6 hours; Due to the ability to make the reflux temperature of the condensate close to the boiling point of the extraction tank solution, low energy consumption, less solvent, high extraction rate, and stable, reliable, and safe operation of the process flow.

The reflux extraction tank is suitable for water extraction and alcohol extraction in vacuum, atmospheric pressure, and positive pressure processes, especially for low-temperature extraction and concentration of thermosensitive materials, with high efficiency, energy saving, and low pollution.
