1、 Working principle of stainless steel linear vibrating screen

The DZSF series linear vibrating screen is driven by dual vibration motors. When two vibration motors rotate synchronously and in reverse, the excitation force generated by their eccentric blocks cancels each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and forms a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the motion trajectory of the screening machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle in the vertical direction relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of excitation force and material self gravity, the material is thrown up and jumps or moves forward in a straight line on the screen surface, thereby achieving the purpose of screening and grading the material. Suitable for screening various dry powder or granular materials with particle size between 0.074-5mm, moisture content less than 7%, and no viscosity. The particle size of the large feed shall not exceed 10mm.

The material enters the feeding port of the screening machine uniformly from the feeder, and under the excitation of the vibration motor, it bounces and screens towards the discharge port. Several products and unqualified materials on and off the screen are screened out through multiple layers of screens, and discharged from their respective outlets, flowing into the material bin or hopper

This screening machine is mainly composed of a screening box, screening frame, screen mesh, vibration motor, motor pedestal, damping spring, bracket, etc.

1. Screening box: It is welded from several steel plates of different thicknesses, with certain strength and rigidity, and is the main component of the screening machine.

2. Screen frame: made of pine wood or wood with small deformation, mainly used to keep the screen flat and achieve normal screening.

3. Screen mesh: There are several types of screens including low-carbon steel, brass, bronze, stainless steel wire, etc.

4. Vibration motor (refer to the vibration motor user manual for usage and maintenance methods).

5. Motor pedestal: When installing the vibration motor, the connecting screws must be tightened before use, especially three days before the new screening machine is put into use, and must be repeatedly tightened to avoid loosening and causing accidents.

6. Vibration damping spring: prevents vibration from being transmitted to the ground while supporting the entire weight of the screen box. During installation, the spring must be perpendicular to the ground.

7. Bracket: Composed of four pillars and two channel steels, it supports the sieve box. During installation, the pillars must be perpendicular to the ground, and the channel steels under the two pillars should be parallel to each other.
