Brief introduction: CY-FDC-S film thickness controller is suitable for various coating thickness control applications such as electron beam coating, magnetron sputtering, resistance thermal evaporation, etc. Forming a closed-loop control with the evaporation source, real-time control and display of complete coating data, including power, rate, thickness, and time used, can be used to deposit complex optical and metal multilayer films. Various operations can be achieved through touch screen control, which is more intuitive and easy to understand than traditional button operations. The instrument programming is extremely convenient, with a total of 8 film systems that can be set up, each with 100 coating layers, bringing great convenience to your multi-layer coating. These functions provide you with a solid foundation for obtaining coating processes. The FDC-S film thickness controller has the following special functions: manual control; Manually terminating coating, coating according to the current power when the crystal oscillator fails, switching chips to continue (multi chip probe) when the crystal oscillator fails, interrupting the film system, pre melting two sources simultaneously, password protection, etc.
