GMP purification workshopIt refers to a workshop that meets the requirements of the GMP quality and safety management system.
The walls and roof panels of workshops and purification plants are generally made of 50mm thick sandwich color steel plates, which are characterized by beauty and strong rigidity. Curved corners, doors, window frames, etc. are generally made of specialized alumina profiles.
GMP purification workshopIn order to prevent cross infection, the tools used to clean and purify workshop facilities should be specialized according to product characteristics, process requirements, and different levels of air cleanliness. Garbage should be placed in dust-proof bags and taken out. The cleaning of the workshop must be carried out before commuting and after the completion of production process operations; Cleaning should be carried out during the operation of the air conditioning system in the purification workshop; After the cleaning work is completed, the purification air conditioning system should continue to operate until the specified cleanliness level is restored, and the start-up time is generally not less than the self purification time of the workshop. The disinfectant used should be replaced regularly to prevent microbial resistance. When large objects are moved into the workshop, they should first be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner in a general environment, and then allowed to enter the purification workshop for further processing using a clean room vacuum cleaner or wiping method; During the shutdown of the workshop purification system, it is not allowed to move large objects into the purification workshop.
In order to better control the purification workshop from contamination, there is also a sterilization transfer window. In order to prevent bacteria from entering the purification workshop, a UV lamp is installed in the transfer window. After opening the window and placing objects, the window is closed and the UV lamp is turned on. After irradiating for at least 30 minutes, the window is opened again for removal. To compensate for the defect of mechanical transfer windows that can introduce polluted air, in addition to using airlock transfer windows, the purification workshop can also adopt enclosed and removable ones. Put the items to be transferred into the clean box, place them on the switch device of the enclosed and removable transfer window, press the button, the bottom plate of the clean box will open by itself, the items will fall out, and then be taken into the clean room.
Laminar flow transfer window is a relatively advanced auxiliary equipment in purification workshops, mainly used for transferring small objects between purification workshops of different levels and pressures. This type of transfer window serves as an airlock, preventing high pressure from being released in the purification workshop. On the other hand, it achieves self purification during the transfer process to ensure the cleanliness of items entering the clean area and reduce cross contamination caused by object transfer.
