IITesting LaboratoryMain content of construction
The laboratory design and planning need to fully consider a series of analytical and testing processes, including sample collection, sample preservation, sample transfer, sample preparation, instrument analysis, and data management. Reasonable arrangements should be made for the inspection instrument and equipment bureau to detect microorganisms, organic/inorganic chemical pollutants, radioactivity, and biological toxicity according to the testing requirements based on conventional water quality physical and chemical indicators.
Ventilation and gas prevention in the laboratory of the water quality testing center: During the testing process, toxic, odorous, or flammable and explosive gases are often produced. If not eliminated in a timely manner, it can cause indoor air pollution, affect the health and safety of inspectors, and also affect the accuracy and lifespan of instruments and equipment, thereby affecting the accuracy of test results. Therefore, the laboratory must have good ventilation. There are two ventilation methods: strong exhaust and full room ventilation.
Laboratory heating and cooling: Some experiments or instruments have certain temperature requirements, such as measuring the specific rotation of some raw materials, which requires around 20 ℃. Cooling is necessary in summer, and air conditioning must be installed.
Laboratory fire and explosion prevention: As the saying goes, water and fire are ruthless. Many reagents in the laboratory are flammable and explosive, so fire-fighting facilities are necessary. When designing with conditions, fire hydrants and alarm equipment should be considered, evacuation issues should be taken into account, and at least fire extinguishers (dry powder fire extinguishers, carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, etc.), fire-fighting sand and other fire-fighting equipment should be provided.
3、 Furniture Description for Testing Center Laboratory
1.
