GTI DA-100 high-efficiency filter aerosol dilution systemSpecially designed for clean room testing and efficient filtration system leak detection, compatible with discrete particle counters (DPC) and aerosol photometers, capable of accurately diluting high concentration aerosols of 20-80mg/m ³. Adopting intelligent control system and multi-stage dynamic dilution technology, achieving 1:1000 high-precision concentration regulation, with built-in corrosion-resistant flow channel and adjustable flow module, meeting the requirements of ISO14644-3 and GB/T36066-2018 standards. Its efficient dilution capability can avoid overloading of optical particle counters, ensure the accuracy of leak testing data, and is suitable for harsh environments such as biomedicine and semiconductors, helping laboratories and industrial fields achieve stable and reliable cleanliness verification.

According to ISO14644-3, clean room and related controlled environment detection technology analysis and application GB/T 36066-2018, aerosol photometer method and discrete particle counter (DPC) method are usually used for leak detection of installed filtration systems. Both methods use an aerosol generator to inject 20-80mg/m3 of aerosol on the upwind side of the filtration system. The aerosol concentration on the upwind side and air outlet of the filtration system is tested using an aerosol photometer or particle counter to complete the leak detection test.

Particle counters measure the number and particle size of suspended particles in the air. Due to the special nature of optical systems, aerosol diluents are necessary to test high concentrations of suspended particles.
