Medical cleanroom GTI aerosol photometer 3990It is a scientifically designed light scattering linear digital aerosol photometer, which is a testing instrument necessary for detecting the integrity or leakage test of high-efficiency filters. The compact structure, easy portability, and user-friendly interface of the 5.6-inch true color touch display can be completed. Due to its aerosol noise suppression function, the test data is more stable. Equipped with a built-in thermal printer and long-lasting thermal printing paper, real-time printing of test data can be completed on the testing site.
The scanning probe is connected to the 3990 body through a 4-meter-long pipeline, which not only has the same operation function as the body and synchronous display, but also has one-dimensional code scanning function. After scanning the one-dimensional code of the high-efficiency filter under test, the test data is automatically identified and classified, and the data is traceable, which facilitates the statistical analysis of the test data and improves work efficiency.

After the high-efficiency filter is put into operation, if there are leakage points or gaps due to insufficient installation, the predetermined purification effect cannot be achieved, and a leak test must be conducted on the high-efficiency filter. Due to the low concentration of atmospheric dust upstream of the tested high-efficiency filter, an aerosol generator needs to be used to supplement the dust to meet the testing conditions. By using an aerosol photometer to test the concentration of suspended particles upstream of the high-efficiency filter and conducting a uniform scanning test downstream, the leakage rate of the tested high-efficiency filter can be determined, which facilitates the identification and quantification of leakage points and provides reference for repair.
