The portable compressed air aerosol generator 3990-01 is an aerosol generator that uses the Laskin Nozle method, which is sturdy, durable, portable, and reliable. After injecting aerosol (PAO, etc.) solution and connecting 20Psi (0.14Mpa) clean compressed air at a flow rate of 810cfm (1370m3/h), by adjusting 1-6 Laskin Nozzzles, a concentration of 100 μ g/L of polydisperse suspended particles can be generated.

Portable Compressed Air Aerosol Generator 3990-01It is an aerosol generator that uses the Laskin Nozle method, which is sturdy, durable, portable, and reliable. After injecting aerosol (PAO, etc.) solution and connecting 20Psi (0.14Mpa) clean compressed air at a flow rate of 810cfm (1370m3/h), by adjusting 1-6 Laskin Nozzzles, a concentration of 100 μ g/L of polydisperse suspended particles can be generated.

After the high-efficiency filter is put into operation, if there are leakage points or gaps due to insufficient installation, the predetermined purification effect cannot be achieved, and a leak test must be conducted on the high-efficiency filter. Due to the low concentration of atmospheric dust upstream of the tested high-efficiency filter, an aerosol generator needs to be used to supplement the dust to meet the testing conditions. By using an aerosol photometer to test the concentration of suspended particles upstream of the high-efficiency filter and conducting a uniform scanning test downstream, the leakage rate of the tested high-efficiency filter can be determined to determine whether there is leakage.

Portable dust generation solution

The 3990-01 series Laskin Nozle aerosol generator is sturdy, portable, and reliable, capable of producing 10-100 μ g/L of polydisperse suspended particles. It is a dust generating equipment used for testing local FFUs, biosafety cabinets, clean workbenches, etc. in clean rooms, and can also be used in air conditioning and ventilation systems. Due to the limitation of flow range, multiple dust source introduction points are usually set up to implement segmented dust generation. If dust generation is required in the air conditioning and ventilation system to supply all end high-efficiency filters, it is recommended to use the aerosol generator 3990-02 with a larger flow range and heat generation principle.

Flexible dust generation solution

It can generate multi dispersed suspended particles that meet industry standards and adjust the concentration output according to actual needs to meet various application requirements. The 399001 series generator can be used in conjunction with the aerosol photometer 3990 to test the leakage rate of high-efficiency filters, facilitating the identification and quantification of leakage points for repair reference.

The concentration range can achieve 10-100 μ g/L, but the flow rate varies depending on the generator model.

Durable design

The 3990-01 series Laskin Nozle aerosol generator adopts a non inductive steel shell, which will not deform due to excessive pressure and is easy to clean. Large capacity chamber, equipped with stainless steel nozzle connector, only needs to be adjusted to the appropriate pressure to work.

Nozzle connector

Equipped with standard stainless steel nozzle connectors (excluding hoses), it can guide dispersed suspended particles to testing ports at farther locations without leakage.

Portable protective case

Due to the heavy weight of the generator, a portable protective box is sometimes required for movement or transportation. The interior should be scientifically designed to properly place the relevant components.

If the external gas source pressure is greater than 20psi (0.14Mpa), the output concentration will increase. If it is lower than 20psi (0.14Mpa), the output concentration will decrease.

If testing the concentration of multi dispersed suspended particles upstream of the high-efficiency filter, it is recommended to turn on 2 or more Laskin Nozles.
