The pulverization operation that improves the bioavailability of traditional Chinese medicine by breaking the cell wall (membrane) of animal (plant) medicinal materials is called traditional Chinese medicine cell level micro pulverization. The vast majority of traditional Chinese medicine varieties come from animals (plants). Animal (plant) medicinal materials are composed of cells with multiple functions, including cell wall, cell membrane, cytoplasm, nucleus, etc. The particle size is generally between 10 μ m and 100 μ m, and the medicinal active ingredients mainly exist in the cytoplasm and nucleus. In the intact and undamaged state of cells, effective ingredients can only be utilized after being released through the cell membrane and cell wall. The complete cell membrane and cell wall form resistance to the release of active ingredients, and this resistance increases sharply with the increase of the number of cells in the cell mass. The medicinal active ingredients mainly exist within the cell - between the cytoplasm and the nucleus. Due to the dual effects of the inward resistance of the cell wall (membrane) and the coagulation resistance of cell aggregates (coarse powder), the active ingredients are difficult to release and be absorbed by the body or intestines, which is an important reason for the large and unclear dosage of traditional Chinese medicine. To eliminate this resistance, a micro crushing process should be adopted to break down the cells so that the active ingredients inside the cells can directly contact the solvent. This type of homework is not aimed at fineness, and fineness is only used as a macroscopic detection method, which cannot express the true situation of medicinal powder. Generally speaking, the higher the cell wall breaking rate, the finer its fineness. After breaking through the cell wall, the active ingredients inside the cell are fully exposed (instead of being released through the cell wall [membrane] as before), making the drug more effective. After the drug particles were finely ground at the cellular level, a small amount of intact cells were observed under electron microscopy.

Laboratory ultrafine crusherIt belongs to the new fourth generation vibration mill, which adopts multiple advanced technologies and applies high-speed impact force and shear force according to the different characteristics of the material, so that the material is subjected to high acceleration impact, friction, compression, cutting and other effects of the medium in the grinding cylinder, and can achieve ideal powder crushing effect in a short time. The material becomes fluidized during the crushing process, so that each particle has the same stress state, achieving precise mixing (dispersion) effect while crushing. By adjusting parameters such as acceleration, it is possible to achieve operations with the goal of crushing and grinding or precision mixing (blending) as the main objective.

The working principle of vibration crushing is adopted, and grinding media such as hard material balls, rods or columns are filled in the grinding cylinder (crushing chamber). Under the action of external excitation force, the grinding cylinder produces circular vibration in the clockwise and counterclockwise directions as shown in Figure 1. The strong vibration of the grinding cylinder causes the medium inside the grinding cylinder to undergo a throwing motion. Under the action of this throwing motion, each medium produces a rotation in the same direction as the circular vibration. At the same time, the medium group also produces 3-5 low-frequency rotations opposite to the circular vibration. So the medium sometimes disperses and sometimes collides with each other, producing a positive impact force p and a lateral shear force L on the material as shown in Figure 2. The material is finely ground, broken, and crushed under the impact, compression, and shear forces of P and L.
