Adopting dynamic extraction and concentration, with short time and high efficiency; All parts of this unit that come into contact with materials are made of high-quality stainless steel, which meets GMP requirements. The tank is equipped with a CIP cleaning head, which meets GMP pharmaceutical standards. 2、 Characteristics of the pilot extraction and concentration unit product
1. The equipment is neat and beautiful, with high synthesis rates in each part and a small footprint. The production processes of extraction, filtration, concentration, and essential oil condensation are completed in one step, greatly saving raw materials and working time.
2. High extraction efficiency, using hot reflux extraction method. During the extraction process, hot solvents (such as water or alcohol) are continuously poured onto the raw materials, dissolving the active ingredients from top to bottom layers. The extraction rate is at least twice as high as that of the ordinary form. After adding once, the original drug solution can be recycled, and the active ingredients are continuously extracted. The steam can be reused, saving solvent and energy.
3. Vacuum low-temperature extraction can be used to effectively reduce the loss of thermosensitive active ingredients. A frame stirrer is installed inside the extraction tank to allow larger materials to fully contact the solvent and accelerate the precipitation of active ingredients.
4. Low temperature concentration can be used to significantly ensure that thermosensitive components are not destroyed and effectively retained.
