The dynamic extraction tank is a commonly used leaching and extraction equipment in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry, particularly suitable for the leaching and extraction of components contained in plant products. The dynamic extraction tank structure consists of a tank body, a screw propeller or slurry propeller installed at the axial position inside the tank body, and a rotating shaft disk connected to the outside of the tank body. Its feature is that it has a set of inclined continuous countercurrent leaching extraction single tanks, and the discharge port and feed port are connected to each other to form a connector. The lower end of each single tank body has a feed port at the upper part and a residual liquid discharge port at the lower part. The dynamic extraction tank body has a liquid inlet or exhaust port at the upper part and a discharge port at the lower part.

  Principle of Efficient Dynamic Extraction Tank

1、 Put the medicinal herbs into the extraction tank and add 5-10 times the solvent of the herbs, such as water, ethanol, methanol, acetone, etc. (according to the process requirements).

2、 Open the straight through and jacket steam valves of the dynamic extraction tank, heat the extraction liquid to boiling for 20-30 minutes, and then use a filter tube to draw 1/3 of the extraction liquid into the concentrator.

3、 Close the dynamic extraction tank and jacket steam, and open the heater valve to concentrate the liquid material. During concentration, secondary steam is generated and sent to the dynamic extraction tank through the steam generator riser as the heat source and solution for extraction, maintaining boiling inside the extraction tank. The secondary steam continues to rise, condensed into a hot condensate by the condenser, and falls back into the extraction tank as a new solvent added to the medicine surface. The new solvent flows at high speed from top to bottom through the medicine layer to the bottom of the extraction tank, forming a large reflux extraction. Therefore, the solute density in the medicine maintains a high gradient with the solute density in the solvent, and the solute in the medicine dissolves out at high speed until * is dissolved (the extraction liquid is colorless). At this point, the extraction liquid stops being drawn into the concentrator, and the concentrated secondary steam is transferred to the cooler for further concentration until it is concentrated into a ointment with a required specific gravity of 1.2-1.34, which is released for use. The colorless liquid in the dynamic extraction tank can be put into the storage tank for the next batch of reuse, and the drug residue is discharged from the slag discharge door.

It should be noted that if organic solvents are used for extraction, an appropriate amount of water should be added first, and steam should be passed through the jacket and jacket. After returning to the solvent, the residue should be discharged.
