1Product Structure of Electric Heating Mixing Tank

The electric heating mixing tank is a vertical structure with heating, automatic temperature control, insulation, and mixing functions; The advantages include fast heat transfer, adaptability to large temperature differences, and easy cleaning. Widely used in industries such as food (dairy) products, pharmaceuticals, daily chemical products, beverages, oils, chemicals, pigments, etc. for heating, mixing, or sterilization treatment. Especially suitable for small and pilot scale use in units and research institutions without steam heat sources. And a fully enclosed structure can be adopted according to the process requirements.

2、 Main technologies:

1、 容积: 50L、100L、200L、300L、500L、600L、1000L~5000L。

2. Heating method: Using an electric heating rod inserted into the jacket, heating evenly without any cold zone. Inject thermal oil or water into the jacket as a heating medium to generate heat energy and heat the materials inside the tank.

3. Material heating temperature: ≤ 100 ℃; Material heating time: 30 minutes to 90 minutes (depending on process requirements).

4. Temperature control: Temperature is measured using an electric thermocouple and connected to a temperature controller for temperature control, and the temperature of the material can be adjusted.

5. Tank body: mirror polished inner surface, roughness Ra ≤ 0.4µ m。

6. Upper cover: It consists of two openable movable covers for easy cleaning, with mirror polished inner and outer surfaces (roughness Ra ≤ 0.4µ); m)。

7. Inner tank bottom structure: processed into an R angle by spinning, welded and polished with the inner tank body, and the material is discharged without any residue.

8. Jacket form: Full jacket, used to add thermal oil or water to achieve the purpose of heating and cooling during operation.

9. Thermal insulation material: filled with pearl cotton, rock wool or polyurethane casting foam to maintain a temperature difference with the outside and achieve thermal insulation effect.

10. Surface treatment method for the outer shell: mirror polishing or 2B primary matte or 2B frosted matte treatment.

11. Mixing device: The top center is used for mixing, and the output shaft of the reducer is connected to the mixing blade shaft with a flexible sleeve for easy disassembly and cleaning.

12. Mixing speed: 15-120r/min (constant speed); Mixing blade forms: frame type, anchor type, blade type, turbine type, etc. (according to process requirements).

13. Foot form: round tube or hanging ear type.

14. Equipment configuration: electrical control box, temperature controller, liquid inlet and outlet, medium inlet and outlet (oil inlet and outlet), vent (oil overflow hole), etc.

15. Material: Inner tank body SUS304 or SUS316L; The jacket is made of Q235-B or SUS304; The outer protective shell is made of SUS304.

16. The process openings of each inlet and outlet pipe and the welding points of the inner tank body adopt the flanging process arc transition, which is smooth, easy to clean, and has a beautiful appearance.
