Ozone sterilization is completed instantly from the moment of contact on the surface. In order to achieve sterilization of items, time needs to be comprehensively considered based on the type, placement form, and complexity of the items. The sterilization cycle for workwear items is usually set to 30 minutes, for tools and instruments it is set to 25 minutes, and for raw materials it is set to 40 minutes. The sterilization rate can reach 99%, but it needs to be determined through actual sterilization effect and test results.
The time for low-temperature drying needs to be determined based on the moisture content of the items. Generally, the drying time for the clothes after being spin dried by the washing machine is 30 minutes, while the drying time for other items is determined according to the actual situation.

2Ozone sterilization system
Using high-quality small-sized enamel dielectric ozone discharge cells, the ozone generation unit does not require water cooling, has low temperature rise, high concentration, and a balanced ozone concentration of>200ppm. The sterilization effect and equipment stability are greatly improved, and the service life is up to 20000 hours, replacing the traditional vacuum glass tube ozone generation unit. It is a new generation of advanced products.Using the technique of internal circulation of air flow, the gas inside the chamber is input into the ozone generation unit through an internal circulation fan and a filter. After outputting clean ozone gas, it is refilled into the chamber and accumulated through internal circulation to rapidly increase the concentration of ozone per unit time. Ozone gas is evenly distributed, fully utilizing the ability of ozone permeation sterilization to avoid sterilization blind spots.

Working temperature 60-70℃, using an intelligent micro electric temperature controller with digital display indication, adjustable temperature, temperature control, sensitive response, small temperature difference, and uniform heating characteristics.
Both the inlet and outlet are equipped with air valve devices to ensure clean hot air. Equipped with an air purification system, it effectively avoids external pollution of the interior through the air inlet and outlet during drying operations.
