Xinxiang dehydration vibrating screenWorking Principle:
The dehydration screen adopts dual motor self synchronization technology, universal eccentric block, and adjustable amplitude vibrator. It mainly consists of a sieve box, exciter, support system, and motor. Two unrelated vibrators operate synchronously in reverse, and the centrifugal force generated by two sets of eccentric masses along the vibration direction is superimposed, and the reverse centrifugal force is cancelled out, thus forming a single excitation force along the vibration direction, causing the sieve box to perform reciprocating linear motion.
Characteristics of dehydration sieve:
1. The material of the dehydration screen mesh is ultra-high molecular weight polyurethane (UHMW-PE), which is resistant to impact, low temperature, wear, chemical corrosion, self lubrication, and absorbs impact energy. Its impact resistance is the highest among all plastics, and its wear resistance is superior to materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, nylon, and carbon steel.
2. The vibration motor of the dehydration screen is easy to replace, and the rubber spring on the base is used for shock absorption, so that the amplitude is small and the vibration is slow, and it can be completely removed.
3. Dehydration screens can be customized according to production capacity and moisture content. The side panels of the machine are reinforced with plates, and the bottom is supported with horizontal bars. The discharge port is supported by triangular steel plates, which are thick.
4. The vibration motor is fixed with high-strength bolts, and the bottom spring is a rubber spring. The quality of the spring will affect the service life of the vibration motor. The fixed density of the sieve plate is high, and there are reinforcing ribs in the sieve plate.
5. After welding, the welder must strictly avoid welding holes and support the bottom with channel steel.
6. In addition, the sieve holes can be adjusted as needed, resulting in low equipment noise and good dehydration effect.
7. Before shipment, the staff will debug it to ensure that the vibration motor is functioning properly and the exciter is operating properly, in order to guarantee the quality of the factory products for customers.

Dehydration screens are widely used for dewatering, media removal, and sludge removal of slurry materials, such as in the dewatering process of ceramic raw material processing systems, tailings recovery and treatment in mineral processing plants, quartz sand processing systems, and sand and gravel processing systems in hydropower stations. They can be applied for dewatering and grading of both metallic and non-metallic ores.
