The detection of hydrogen element is achieved by measuring hydrogen gas using thermal conductivity detection method.


Principle and Gas Flow Path Diagram

Place the sample in a graphite crucible, keeping the crucible between the upper and lower electrodes of the pulse furnace. A high current passes through the crucible to generate high temperature.

The hydrogen in the sample is released as hydrogen gas (H2), and its concentration is measured by a thermal conductivity detector (TCD).

Humanized software

Detection interface

Humanized software makes operation exceptionally easy

The extracted gas signal is displayed in real-time in digital form, and is also displayed as a curve along with the temperature level. The release curve graph will be automatically saved.

In the measurement window, the sample weight can be automatically registered. The results are saved in a data table for easy management.
