MESA-7220V2X-ray fluorescence analyzer for sulfur/chlorine in oil
MESA-7220V2 uses monochromatic energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) method to measure sulfur and chlorine in petroleum products. Using a monochromatic X-ray source can obtain an ultra-low noise background, providing lower detection limits for sulfur and chlorine detection.
The detector window size is increased to collect more fluorescent X-rays, enabling the detection of sulfur-containing and chlorinated petroleum products at levels as low as a few ppm. The detection of sulfur and chlorine in petroleum products provides excellent and reproducible performance at both low and high concentrations.
By adjusting the angle of graphite crystals and exciting sulfur in the sample with a measurable excitation beam, sensitivity can be improved.
