Lipke VC1400 vacuum leak detector
Dansensor ® Lippke ® VC1400 is a packaging leak detector that can detect the smallest leaks in blister packaging, glass bottles, and other soft, hard, and semi hard packaging. It can test the sealing strength and packaging integrity, and is used for quality control and process optimization in packaging production lines or R&D packaging development.
This instrument can automatically perform methylene blue dye testing and bubble emission testing (ASTM D3078), ensuring optimal reproducibility. The test parameters and results will be automatically stored on the device and can be printed or exported as CSV files. On the graphical user interface of the touch screen, it is easy to adjust the vacuum and permeation time.
The Dansensor Lippke VC1400 comes with a range of accessories and two models to choose from, one with an integrated vacuum injector for compressed air and the other with an external vacuum pump (PU1400), making it a flexible and user-friendly tool for your daily quality control work.
